Please join us for 5 Point Gallery’s Third Friday Holiday Reception on Friday, December 19th from 6 to 9 pm. The evening offers a warm and festive way to enjoy local art and reflect on the year’s close. The current exhibit presents new work in a variety of media, with a special focus on Susan Woodson’s “Under the Trees”, a series that follows the subtle play of light and movement beneath the forest canopy. All works will be available for last-minute holiday purchases. The exhibition will be on display in our downtown Durham gallery through January 10, 2026.
Do stop in to eat, drink and be merry while surrounded by the works of our ten Triangle-based artists in a range of media including painting, sculpture, fused glass, mixed media, and finely crafted furniture. The moon is aglow in “Pepper Moon”, a timeless painting by Yuko Nogami Taylor (pictured below).
